Our Director (Sam Heckel) has over a decade of experience in planning & development consulting. Sam has held various roles in private consulting and local government.

With a proven track in record of securing outstanding results across a diverse range of projects, PLANDEV offers advisory services for all scale of projects and types of development. 

Over the past 10 years, Sam has been the lead planner on various projects including award winning homes, complex aged care re-developments, large townhouses and apartments, industrial and warehouse projects and several notable greenfield masterplan communities in South-East Queensland (SEQ) growth areas.

Sam remains a part of various expert panels and industry groups for the Queensland Government and several councils across SEQ.
